Workers provide explicit consent to receive SMS communications during onboarding.

When joining Bravo Staff Co, each worker fills out an onboarding form (online or in person) where they provide their mobile phone number and agree to receive job updates, shift notifications, scheduling changes, and work-related alerts.

The form clearly states that messages are recurring and that messaging/data rates may apply.

Workers may also opt in via SMS by texting JOIN to our designated Bravo Staff Co phone number.

This call-to-action is displayed on onboarding materials and verbally communicated by staff.
By texting JOIN, workers confirm they want to receive recurring employment-related text messages.
 

Workers can additionally verbally or in writing request SMS communication for job assignments or shift scheduling. These requests are documented internally to maintain proof of consent.

A record of each worker’s opt-in including timestamp and method is stored in our internal system.
